Returns

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for change of mind, size exchanges, or style changes within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your request. Returns will be processed in exchange for a store credit, and we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that all items in our SALE section are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners still attached. Items must also be free from any odors, including perfumes. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

Cost of Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Once we’ve received your return request via email, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued.

By placing an order with us, you agree that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
